JESUS spoke about loving your enemies, in Luke ch.6 - v32. It's easy to love someone who loves you. Even sinners love people who love them. But can you love someone who don't love you or hate you? This is one of many differences between a believer of Christ and a non-believer.
Luke ch.6
32 For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.
