One Difference Between a Believer of Christ and a Non-Believer?

JESUS spoke about loving your enemies, in Luke ch.6 - v32.  It's easy to love someone who loves you. Even sinners love people who love them. But can you love someone who don't love you or hate you? This is one of many differences between a believer of Christ and a non-believer.

32 For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.

Bible Personal Study Notes Jeremiah ch.1 & 2

Jeremiah, a prophet warned many nations about repenting from their ways, by speaking what the LORD was telling him, the LORD spoke to Jeremiah saying:
ch.1 - v.5 -  Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
ch.1 - Jeremiah blessed by the LORD, and LORD told Jeremiah to speak to those, GOD will do the talking ch.2 - LORD speaks to Israel about His disappointment with them thru Jeremiah
