The first thing you can do to change your situation is change yourself. One thing you do have control over is yourself. Change your view point or perspective on the situation. Change the way you respond to the situation by changing your actions, such as what you say and how you act. Try to think about, how Jesus would act in that situation. If you are not sure how Jesus would act in that situation, then, you should read your bible, preferably the new Testament.
