In summary, change yourself, then pray for your situation. It has to be in that order though. If you don't change yourself, changes are not as good as it can be, for GOD to change your situation. But, if you say, 'LORD, I'm going to be obedient and change myself to be more like you', and I pray LORD, 'can you lay your hand on my situation'.
